The Finance Committee serves in an advisory role to the Board. The goal is to communicate financial insights and community needs to the Summit Ridge Board of Directors. Their primary role is not to establish policies, but rather to provide information and options to enable the Board to make fully informed financial decisions for the common good of the Association. This is accomplished in two ways:

  • Regular review and analysis of the Association's financial statements to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Evaluation of potential financial strategies, proposal of budget adjustments or fiscal initiatives, and recommendations to the Board regarding the Association’s financial health and sustainability.
